Getting to the Solway Coast Discovery Centre

The Solway Coast Discovery Centre is located in the small Cumbrian seaside town of Silloth-on-Solway, North of Workington and to the South West of Carlisle.

We would encourage you to visit the Centre and the Solway Coast Area of Outstanding Beauty and to make finding us as easy as possible we have provided, below, links to free resources which we think you will find very helpful.

• Streetmap.co.uk. This link shows our location and can be zoomed in and out depending on the detail you require.
• RAC Route Planner. The simplest way to plan your route is to select 'UK postcode' in sections 1 & 2. In section 2 (end of journey) type in the the Discovery Centre post code (CA7 4DD).
• Ordnance Survey. When the Ordnance Survey page opens, click the 'Get-a-map' button and a new window will appear. Click the back button on the main page to bring you back to the AONB website.
